The first social network you can trust.
Portal is a camera-only social app: every photo and video is filmed live inside the app and tagged to the place it was taken. No uploads, no filters from a camera roll, no AI, no bots — just real people showing you what’s actually happening in Dallas right now. Posts expire after 48 hours, so the feed is always what’s happening now, and everyone competes on school, city, state and national leaderboards.
- 100% camera-only — nothing can be uploaded or faked
- School vs school — every post counts for your high school or college
- Students-only side that only verified students can see
- Leaderboards just launched, so top spots are wide open

Why Dallas needs a real feed
Search “things to do in Dallas” and you’ll get the same recycled listicles, months-old photos and AI-written roundups. None of it tells you what Dallas looks like tonight.
On Portal, Dallas tells its own story in real time. Locals film what’s in front of them — Deep Ellum, Uptown, Bishop Arts — and it lands in the Dallas feed instantly, then expires in 48 hours so nothing goes stale.
The first accounts people see when they open the Dallas portal are the ones posting right now — not the biggest accounts in Texas, just the most real ones. That’s the whole point.
