The first social network you can trust.
Portal is a camera-only social app: every photo and video is filmed live inside the app and tagged to the place it was taken. No uploads, no filters from a camera roll, no AI, no bots — just real people showing you what’s actually happening in Plano right now. Posts expire after 48 hours, so the feed is always what’s happening now, and everyone competes on school, city, state and national leaderboards.
- 100% camera-only — nothing can be uploaded or faked
- School vs school — every post counts for your high school or college
- Students-only side that only verified students can see
- Leaderboards just launched, so top spots are wide open

Why Plano needs a real feed
Every guide to Plano shows you the same stock photos. What they can’t show you is which spots in Plano are actually worth leaving the house for right now.
Portal flips that. Posts in the Plano portal are filmed live and tagged where they happen, so you can check Legacy West, Downtown Plano or Shops at Legacy the way you’d check the weather — and see the real thing, posted minutes ago.
And because Portal just launched, Plano’s leaderboard is genuinely open: the people posting from Texas today are the ones who’ll own the top spots when everyone else shows up.
