The first social network you can trust.
Portal is a camera-only social app: every photo and video is filmed live inside the app and tagged to the place it was taken. No uploads, no filters from a camera roll, no AI, no bots — just real people showing you what’s actually happening on campus at Rice. Posts expire after 48 hours, so the feed is always what’s happening now, and everyone competes on school, city, state and national leaderboards.
- 100% camera-only — nothing can be uploaded or faked
- School vs school — every post counts for your high school or college
- Students-only side that only verified students can see
- Leaderboards just launched, so top spots are wide open

Campus, uncut
Every school says it has the best game days. Portal is where Rice proves it: real, camera-only posts from Rice Village and Hermann Park, visible to your campus — and counted in college vs college.
Every post from a verified Rice student also scores points for the school in College Clash — college vs college, scored per student, so small schools can beat big ones. Bragging rights are permanent; the posts are not.
